A very traditional and authentic experience and we absolutely loved it. The man behind it is the chef, the barman and the waiter, he had a lovely personality and explained the options to us clearly in English. The pizzas were truly delicious and like nothing we have ever experienced before. Don’t expect Michelin quality service, this is a very simple restaurant but absolutely one to try if you want to experience something completely different! We would go back again and again, thank you!
This restaurant has a soul. The chef is a passionate man ; he does everything, and so, you may have to wait a bit to be served. When you get your dish, do not expect silverware and porcelain as every attention, every detail, has been put into your food. The ingredients are simple but of great quality, and the execution is impeccable.

Naples-style family-run pizza place in a charming little town. The staff were really helpful and happy to chat about their ancestors who started the place. The pizzas we ordered were really tasty and filling (and reasonably priced - around €4!). We also had a wine from local vinery to flush it down. All in all great experience.

Best pizza in the Puglia region -- no question about it. MUST TRY if in the area.. We have traveled all over Italy the last 2+ years and I would rate this pizza to some of the best NEO pizzas in Napoli. Owner/head Pizzaiolo was one of the nicest people we met on our trip. Just a special special place. You can feel the passion/soul when you walk in. Would suggest to keep it simple when ordering (Marinara or Margh). let the ingredients speak for themselves. You are in San MARZANO region after all!

Ok, this is my favourite place! I couldn’t believe how tasty our pizza was (margarita buffala) . We took a side dish of scarole, which is a kind of green that is cooked with olive oil, garlic, capers, olive oil, origano. It was really amazing to top my pizza with it. Tastiest dough! The guys who worked were amazing, thank you so much!!
Never before have we experienced a one man restaurant but Giuseppe truly delivered a once in a lifetime experience. He deftly handled a group of 20 with charm, charisma and just the right amount of sass. We didn’t pick from a menu instead Giuseppe selected his recommendations and wow what a line up. A must visit.
